Who owns the rights to Alpha Protocol?
Obsidian Entertainment originally owned the rights to the game, but due to bankruptcy filed on September 8th, 2018, they could not pay back the loan from the Bank of Montreal. The Bank of Montreal then acquired the publishing rights for Alpha Protocol until it could be sold off.
